2. Estimated Delivery Windows
Decor, mirrors, rugs, and lighting typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Heavy travertine furniture and outdoor canopy daybeds are dispatched via specialist insured freight within 10–18 business days.
3. 14-Day Peace-of-Mind Returns
If a piece does not suit your space, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original protective packaging.
4. Transit Damage Protection
Every shipment is fully insured. Please inspect stone, glass, and alabaster pieces upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours with photographs if any transit damage has occurred for a complimentary replacement.
